As of the fourth quarter of 2023, The Gardens at Orangeville was owned by Maybrook-P Opco Holdings, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Columbia County, has been owned by Maybrook-P Opco Holdings, LLC since Aug. 15, 2016.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
