Male coaches of men's teams received $107,621 on average in Union County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $75,439.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
